ideas and strategies to complement existing work, on PSHE, 'Citizenship 2000' and 'Investors in People'

To make lunchtime a more valuable and fulfilling experience for children
To ensure lunchtime is as much a learning experience as every other part of the day
To reduce behavioural problems
To enable lunchtime staff to resolve situations more effectively themselves.
To reduce the incidence of late-starting afternoon sessions and queues outside the headteacher's office
To raise the self-esteem, productivity and job fulfillment of lunchtime staff.
To make lunchtime a happier time for all
