The course can genuinely be run with little preparation:-

• highly realistic DVD scenarios provide the basis for the course
• at the end of each scenario, on-screen text and voice-over combine to provide comprehensive analysis to compare with the findings of staff discussion

The training can be used year after year to provide:-

• modular team-building sessions
• refreshment training for existing staff
• induction training for new staff

Lunchtime supervisors, TA's and any other staff with lunchtime responsibilities.

• 11 highly realistic video scenarios which demonstrate good and bad practice

• Absolutely minimum preparation. The facilitator's task is largely organisational
